PRIME CORE

A performance marketing project for a UAE-based business services company, focused on generating and testing demand across multiple service offers through Meta advertising.

My work included campaign planning, audience and geographic segmentation, lead-generation campaigns, creative testing, instant-form qualification and performance analysis.

01 / PROJECT CONTEXT

Building a Multi-Service Lead Generation System

Prime Core operates across multiple business and certification-related services in the UAE.

The marketing challenge was not simply generating more leads. Different services had different audience intent, acquisition costs and demand characteristics.

The work therefore involved testing multiple offers and markets while analyzing performance at campaign level.

02 / CAMPAIGN EVIDENCE

Campaign Performance

Real campaign-level evidence from Meta Ads Manager.

SELECTED OFFER-LEVEL EVIDENCE

Supplied campaign screenshots show performance by service. Account identifiers have been masked.

Campaign performance varied significantly by service and offer. This allowed performance to be evaluated beyond total lead volume, using metrics such as CPL, CPM, CPC and link CTR to identify stronger and weaker acquisition opportunities.

    04 / CREATIVE EXECUTION

    Creative & Offer Testing

Different service propositions required different creative angles — from speed and certification benefits to business setup pricing and international opportunity messaging.

The instant form was structured to capture additional business context before submission. This created richer lead information for follow-up and provided a stronger qualification layer than collecting contact details alone.

No qualified-lead percentage is presented because verified CRM qualification data is unavailable.

The campaigns demonstrated that acquisition economics differed materially by service. High lead volume alone was therefore not sufficient for decision-making. CPL, CPC, CPM, CTR, service intent and eventual lead quality needed to be considered together.

These observations compare the supplied campaign metrics and do not establish causation.

    09 / KEY LEARNINGS

From Campaign Metrics to Business Decisions

The project reinforced a performance-marketing approach built around connected learning and ongoing refinement.

    1. HYPOTHESIS
    2. CAMPAIGN
    3. DATA
    4. DIAGNOSIS
    5. OPTIMIZATION

Low CPL does not automatically mean high business value. Future optimization should connect advertising metrics with qualified leads, conversions and revenue.

No CRM, sales, customer or revenue outcomes are claimed.
